Hand knotted with a mixture of semi precious gemstones and freshwater pearls. This can be worn several ways. You can let it dangle down on both sides; wrap it around the neck and bring it back to the front and tie off; knot it or slip one side into the little space allotted for it to go, sort of like a Bolo.
